Once you’ve arrived, you can leave the car parked in the driveway and enjoy the walk to the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Enjoy a weekend escape or a longer, relaxed stay.
The property is single level and offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a large flat screen TV. Wifi is included. A fully fenced outdoor area with a gas BBQ provides the perfect space to unwind after soaking up the sun at the beach.
The home offers 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, TV and ensuite, another offers 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, and toilet, and the laundry has a washer and dryer. Off-street parking is available in the driveway.
Mollymook shops has an IGA Supermarket, a great bottle shop, deli/cafe and Mint Pizza Restaurant. When you don’t feel like cooking in, just across from the shops is Gwylo for Asian fusion or Bannisters Rooftop bar and restaurant for that little something special, all an easy 200m stroll from your holiday house.
A 5-minute drive will take you to the beautiful town of Milton, where you can spend a day walking around the village exploring the great clothing shops, homewares, art gallery and then have a bite to eat at one of the great cafes. Milton also has the iconic Milton Theatre which features regular local productions along with visiting guests. If you are in the area at the time have a look and perhaps enjoy a show.
The main township of Ulladulla is also a 5-minute drive, and there you will find the major supermarkets and local picture theatre, as well as the beautiful harbour.
