Named after somewhat of a Lorne legend, Wallys Place, amongst other things, is just plain fun. Recently renovated 2017, Wallys Place has been reborn on the inside. Polished wood floors, stunning kitchen and bathroom and splashes of colour throughout give the property both style, functionality, and a beach living feel.

The floor plan is relatively simple with three bedrooms and main bathroom to the rear of an open plan living zone. Lofted roof line and floor to ceiling windows give the living room both a real sense of space and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge super comfy and the fire warm as toast.

Should you decide to pop into town, no problem. Wallys place boasts an absolutely cracking location. Literally 5 minutes walk into the heart of town and not the old 5 minutes up a calf burning hill 5 minutes. A genuine great location. Other features include off street parking, gas BBQ and a handful of queen size beds making it a perfect destination for couples or fully grown families. See you soon.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
