The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third room has two king singles that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. The villa also boasts ample alfresco living space, including a spacious undercover deck accessible from the kitchen, perfect for outdoor leisure with a corner sofa, fire pit, bar stools, and BBQ.

The courtyard overlooks the pool and includes a second alfresco dining table, ideal for meals under the stars. For added convenience, there’s also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The villa offers a dedicated work area, allowing you to stay productive, and a spacious laundry area with a washer, dryer, and complimentary detergent. With two undercover parking spots on-site and additional street parking nearby, parking is never a hassle.

The entire house is yours to enjoy, offering privacy and comfort during your stay. We also welcome your furry friends! A small, non-shedding dog is allowed with prior approval and a pet fee, provided a photo is submitted at booking. While the villa is completely yours, the owners reside in a private studio at the front of the property, which is locked off. You may occasionally see them entering and exiting, but your experience will remain uninterrupted.
