This extraordinary property has to be seen to be believed, offering views as far as the eye can see from the massive balconies or viewing deck! Jump into the new solar heated pool with fabulous decking, have a game of billiards, or just sit on one of the enormous decks and take in the view – this property is truly magnificent! It’s like staying in a resort!

Two full-size kitchens on each level with a gas cook-top, electric ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher, and quality appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine and 2 fridges – one with an icemaker. Spacious lounges with television/dvd/cd (one with bar), Foxtel in the upstairs living area, and dining areas on each level. Beautifully equipped bathrooms, some with spa baths, ample parking in the spacious driveway for several cars, and/or a boat. Air-conditioned throughout, separate powder room off the deck, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Linen is included and all the beds will be made up for your arrival.

Bedroom 6 (Master) – 1 x new King Bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower, and an additional shower over the spa bath and toilet.
Bedroom 7 – 1 x Double Bed, built-in wardrobe, TV
Bedroom 8 – 1 x Double Bed, built-in wardrobe, TV

There is also a separate toilet within the central bathroom (with a door for extra privacy) and a shower.

Pets: On request only (owner approval required)
If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets (an additional $15 per pet, per night of your stay). Please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered.

Such a big house with good views and amenities. Very well organised. Children room is the best, they had lots of fun. Beautiful balcony. Very well maintained and ample parking.

Top Class Rye is a perfect getaway for large groups. It has an amazing view of the bay from far and a nice pool, with many rooms to accommodate a large group, plenty of sitting areas, and two fully equipped kitchens. Verve staff were super friendly throughout the process and were quick to respond to our queries. We’ll definitely go back there.

Michelle and the team at Verve were fantastic to deal with. The house was just stunning, perfect for our conference that we had planned. We utilised the entire house, being able to have a Masterchef competition.
