The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay.

“This Is It” is a beautiful home (completed in Nov 2015) in a top location next to Orion Beach. The light filled rooms and generous living spaces make it perfect for a large family or a couple of families looking for a beachside holiday. Not only will you be next to one of Vincentia’s favourite beaches, you’ll also be close to the bike path that takes you to Huskisson in one direction and The White Sands walk and Hyams Beach in the other.
