Bella Coastal Holidays Welcome’s you to The Family Fishing Lodge! A relaxed and rustic style home ready to host families, friends and outside pets. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops on Voyager Crescent.

Sleeping 20 guests with 2 full sized bathrooms the house features a large open fireplace, high ceilings so that you and your guests are ensured comfort in both the summer and the winter. This great home will definitely provide you with a fun holiday and leave you with fond memories that last a lifetime.

Enjoy family fun using the pool table or a game of ping pong there is something to keep everyone entertained.
Just over a 1km or 5 minutes flat walk to Gannet Beach and a short drive to a choice of boat ramps this home away from home is within easy reach of everything Bawley Point & Kioloa has to offer.

Set on a 1 acre block of land, children and pets will have plenty of space outside, both of which are very welcome at The Family Fishing Lodge!

Spend time outside in the covered entertaining area, have a BBQ, enjoy the tranquil surrounds.
Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped commercial style kitchen. The covered outdoor entertaining area has enough space to enjoy the day’s catches, a dedicated fish cleaning station and a fire-pit area for guests to fire up for the marshmallows.

– Bedroom 4: 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed (sleeps 3)

Bathroom configuration:
– Bathroom 1: 2 x showers and 2 x toilets
– Bathroom 2: 1 x large shower with twin shower heads and 2 x toilets
– Gas Hot Water System so everyone can senjoy a nice hot shower after a big day at the beach.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry (including toilet paper) items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property.
