Ideally located the property is only a ten-minute stroll into Anglesea itself with cafes, shops, local supermarket for all your supplies, stock up and head back to the property to relax.
Beside the home are walking and running tracks, the river for a spot of fishing, bike paths, the Anglesea beaches, the main beach for a bit of surfing or the kid friendly Point Roadknight Beach, both patrolled in the summer months. Also 5 minutes in the other direction is the Golf Course, mini golf for the kids, the famous kangaroos that laze on the greens, local National Parks with amazing local fauna and wild-life and dirt bike areas. There really is something for everyone, if being active is not on your radar then cruise the famous Great Ocean Road and check out the views.
The property features a reverse cycle heater/cooling system, wood- fire, outside seating and BBQ area, enclosed back yard.
