The Beach House is an absolute gem! A fabulous contemporary beach house set in one of the best locations on the Peninsula. Perfectly positioned next to the nature reserve and only a stones throw away from the main Sorrento shopping strip. Take a short walk through the reserve and you’ll also find some of the best surf in the area! Aside from this property being a quality home with many features that you would find in a seaside resort, it has a wonderful sense of privacy. The property is positioned to maximize the use of both indoor and outdoor living areas. Glass being a fundamental feature of the property, bringing the outside in, with wonderful decks including the sun-soaked alfresco dining area. Whilst there is a distinctive sophisticated feel to The Beach House, it is actually beautifully relaxing and ideal for a year-round beachside escape. The Beach House is a fantastic house for an adults retreat, yet it is equally fabulous for families, with the beach on your doorstep. Or if your thing is to do the trendy shops and cafes of Sorrento, then it is only a short walk away!

* Living and Dining *

As soon as you walk into this property you will feel the wonderful sense of space and refinement. A large open plan living zone confronts you and immediately makes you excited by your choice to stay here. Honey-coloured floorboards, neutral rugs, beautifully chosen furniture, and gorgeous vintage pieces, really do create a wonderful place to chill out and simply enjoy your time. The central fireplace will entice you during the winter months or you can cool down under the large reverse cycle air conditioner in summer. Adjacent is a large stunning 8 seater dining table for a sumptuous feast with your family or friends. If the weather permits then why not enjoy a barbeque, at the adjacent alfresco dining area for 8, with the gorgeous garden as your backdrop. It is a divine setting! The kitchen, whilst not interfering with the living zone, allows you to participate in whatever is going on while you create an inspirational meal. The kitchen has European appliances and all the mod cons that you would expect in a property of this quality. The property has been cleverly designed with decks on all sides to ensure you catch the sun at all times of the day. Beautifully private and somewhat luxurious to have this all to yourself! There is a second living area that comes with TV, with Chromecast and DVD which is a great place to gain some solitude or perhaps a separate rumpus area for the kids to hang out!

* Bed and Bath *

The Beach House perfectly accommodates 6 guests.

Bedroom 1 – The Master Suite at the rear of the property is a lovely haven. This bedroom is configured with a King size bed and a large ensuite. The Master Suite also has its own private balcony and split system air conditioner.

The other 2 bedrooms are located in the opposite wing of the house with a central bathroom including a separate spa bath and toilet.

Bedroom 2 – includes a Queen Bed and high powered fan

Bedroom 3 – includes 2 x Single Beds and high powered fan

Linen: provided, including pool towels. The beds will be made up for your arrival.

Pets: On request only (owner approval required)
If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets – please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered.
