The beach themed main living space is flanked by a modern renovated en-suited master bedroom, both offering incredible unobstructed ocean views and direct access to the enclosed deck area. Two further bedrooms and a main bathroom sit at the rear of the property. The main bathroom, also recently renovated, includes a bath style spa for ultimate relaxation. All bedrooms have electric heating for winter and the main living area is air conditioned for summer comfort. Other features include spacious built in wardrobes, full laundry, WeberQ and undercover parking.
Summer by the Bay is a short 5 min drive to Lorne cafes, shops and supermarket and a short stroll to an all year round dog-friendly beach via the Stony Creek bridge, without having to cross the Great Ocean Road. Set right next to a national park, you can sit back on the deck, relax and enjoy the rustle of the trees and stunning ocean views with a beverage in hand, all at the same time!

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
