The Location – This great 3-bedroom townhouse is located in the golden circle of Noosaville offers great value and facilities. With a very short walk to Noosa River and the great restaurants that Gympie Tce has to offer – what more could you want for a great holiday location?
The Unit – The entry level features the living and dining areas plus the well-equipped kitchen and opens out onto the private courtyard for alfresco dining for six. This has a great sunny pool in the complex with grassed surroundings, single carport, air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a powder room downstairs and laundry with washing machine only but outside clothes line provided. Also, a large screen smart TV, and DvD player and free internet access are available.
The upper floor consists of the 3 bedrooms, family bathroom with full bath and a separate shower. Plus, there is a balcony off the master bedroom.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that ‘check out’ is no later than 10.00am and ‘check in’ is not before 2.00 pm.
Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies – If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.
