Features of the unit include 2 x LCD Tv’s with digital reception, one in the main bedroom and the other in the lounge, a dishwasher, microwave, DVD player, air conditioner to both bedrooms and single garage. There are bi fold doors opening out onto the balcony to make the best use of the space. Security screens are on both bedroom windows.
You will have no need for the car as the flags on Kings Beach are just across the road, as are BBQs and picnic tables. The modern children’s playground, water feature and renovated surf side swimming pool are all a short walk away. The coastal walkway passes by and there are local shops, restaurants and taverns close by.
This unit has a lock up garage for one vehicle. Please note the garage height is approximately 1.8m so may not be suitable for larger vehicles.
