Staying at Seabreeze you will enjoy spectacular views of Lorne as you walk to and from the beach, shops and restaurants which are only one street away. A bright and airy open plan unit, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas opening onto a balcony surrounded by native plants where you can feed the visiting birds, or enjoy those balmy summer evenings. Moving inside you will find a flat screen Television and DVD player, and an electric heater for those cooler times. The well equipped kitchen with modern homewares presents all the facilities you need to enjoy your beach getaway, including microwave and dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation for 6 consists of main bedroom with Queen size bed, and ensuite with spa bath; and the 2 other bedrooms each have 2 single beds, and share another bathroom with bath and shower. There are 2 toilets, and a walk- through laundry. Other facilities include 4 burner gas BBQ, undercover single garage, and separate off street park.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Suprisingly spacious

This unit is beautifully located, just behind the Cumberland Lorne Resort. It is very convenient to the shopping strip and beach and is itself a restful, tranquil retreat from the bustle. The view and sea breezes from the deck are lovely. The bedrooms are quiet and the whole unit is surprisingly spacious. Would love to stay here again with my family when we’re in Lorne.
