This renovated traditional beach house is in an amazing location very close to the beach, the surf lifesaving club and the Main Street.

Large windows feature water views from the bedrooms and main living area. With expansive private outdoor areas and off-street parking this space is a rarity in the centre of town. Perfect for family holidays and time with friends

Three bedrooms and bathrooms, two living areas, open plan dining and well-equipped kitchen which have all been fully renovated and styled to perfection. Small details like the ornate architraves, sash windows and weatherboards have been restored with attention to detail.

The main living area is central to the master bedroom with ensuite to the south and to the two bedrooms with a full bathroom to the north. These are carpeted, well appointed and take in lovely ocean views. There is also a second living area which includes a lounge, smart TV and small dining setting.

Sea Escape Lorne features an expansive backyard with ground level decking and al fresco dining area including a barbecue and outdoor setting with enough room to park four vehicles

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
