Salt House is located on a quiet street close to the centre of Lorne with easy access to cafes,
restaurants, shops, supermarket and beach. A short drive or a 10 minute walk directly down the hill
will get you to the main street and Lorne Beach. If a bush adventure is what you crave, here is the
perfect starting point and place to return to after a day exploring.
On the main level is the formal entrance to the house, open plan living, dining, kitchen, and french
doors to the entertaining deck. Also on this level are two large bedrooms – one with king bed and
the second with bunk beds – and central bathroom with freestanding bath tub.
The lounge room has two comfortable and generously sized sofas, entertainment unit and wood
fire place. The dining area has a casual dining table with seating for 8 and the spacious, well
equiped kitchen allows for multiple chefs to share space in harmony.
From the living area take the spiral staircase up to the light-filled loft to enjoy the spectacular view
from another aspect or lounge in the second living and entertainment area.
Back at the formal entrance a staircase leads downstairs to a further two bedrooms, bathroom,
laundry and door to the garden and carport. The king and queen bedrooms on this floor are light
and bright with views through the garden out to the sea.
From the main level of the house open the french doors to the large main deck with BBQ, outdoor
dining for 8-10 and incredible ocean view! Down some stairs and you are on the smaller lounge
deck then further down and into the large back garden.
The property has a carport for two cars and access directly from the garden to the ground floor
laundry and bathroom – perfect for when you come home from the beach all sandy and wet.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
