Rockpool 3 is a newly built, two-bedroom apartment located on the beautiful First Avenue in Sawtell Village.
This landmark building features direct pedestrian access on to the main street of the village, where you’ll find the many popular cafes, restaurants, boutiques and food outlets. With all this at your fingertips, you can grab a coffee, newspaper or breakfast before a short stroll to the stunning Sawtell beach just 100m from your front door. Leave the car in the secured underground parking and enjoy all that Sawtell has on offer!

There are two bedrooms complete with plush carpet and built-in wardrobes.

Master Bedroom – Queen Bed and Smart TV, connected to Netflix.
Second Bedroom: Tri-bunk bed system, comprising of a single on top and a double bed underneath.
A separate bathroom is tastefully finished in the same neutral tones that adorn the apartment, bringing elegance to the home.

Full-height Hush noise-controlled windows and sliding doors make the most of the Southern orientation, capturing the light and creating a vibrant and warm living space. A large screen Smart TV, also connected to Netflix and YouTube, is located in the open living area. There is a large balcony transitioning off the indoor living space which has been fitted with a privacy screen and remote awning, creating an outdoor area for relaxing or alfresco dining. The kitchen boasts stone bench tops and Bosch appliances, along with a coffee machine and selection of tea and coffee pods provided. Laundry needs are catered for with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

With high-end inclusions such as ducted air conditioning throughout and lift access, it truly is a holiday home that will have you wanting to come back time and time again.
