The home has recently undergone a refresh, including a beautifully renovated kitchen, renovated main bathroom and ensuite, as well as a covered outdoor upper and lower deck where you can sit back and enjoy the fresh coastal air and ocean views.
Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a comfortable gathering space for the whole group. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped for preparing family meals, while the living area is a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring the coast.
Step outside onto the covered veranda and enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon barbecue or a relaxed evening taking in the beautiful ocean views on offer.
There is also a second living area downstairs along with another large bedroom and bathroom, making this home particularly well suited to families. Children can enjoy their own space while adults make the most of the upstairs living area.
Pets by agreement only and are not permitted inside except for the laundry.

Just metres from the front door, a nearby track leads down towards a quiet, secluded stretch of coastline. Follow the beach south towards Rennies Beach, or head north towards the Bommie, a popular local spot for surfing, diving and fishing.
Whether you're into surfing, swimming, fishing, diving, bushwalking or simply relaxing by the water, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the South Coast.
After a day at the beach, return home and gather around the outdoor fire pit as the sun goes down. It's the perfect way to finish a relaxed coastal day.
