Queenstown, Queenstown 9300
Set with a relaxing spa to enjoy the incredible views, this home is ideal for bringing the extended family for a Queenstown holiday. The split-level configuration includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, plus a separately accessed private studio downstairs, granting privacy to guests.
The timber home draws inspiration from its alpine surrounds – native plantings absorb sound to provide a backdrop of birdsong and the gently lapping waters of the lake. The timber character continues throughout the spacious home, beautifully appointed with modern furnishings. The generous open-plan living area offers picture windows that perfectly frame the lake and mountain vistas, ensuring the wow factor on entry.
A cosy ambience is guaranteed any time of year, with a heatpump in each of the bedrooms and the living room. The garden backs onto the stunning lakeside walking and cycling track which runs all the way from Queenstown to Frankton and beyond.
A true lakeside haven.

Absolutely stunning views and beautiful property. Clean, close to the township of Queenstown. We had such a relaxing week overlooking Lake Wakatipu.

My siblings and their families planned this trip to southern parts of New Zealand for a while. They finally pinned down the dates for the trip in late December 2023. My brother did his study in New Zealand many years ago and he knew how to drive on the right side of the road. I also joined them for this trip that was very enjoyable and rememberable. We all felt very lucky for being able to book this place through AirBnB (Relaxaway) in Queenstown (Queenstown Lakefront Dream) as our base for seven days while we took day-trips to several places nearby in the southern part of New Zealand. It is in the very beautiful location – lake front. This lodging place was very spacious for five of us. Each of us had our own room/space for sleeping; my son was very happy for his own space in the Studio since he slept late and got up late as the most Millennials do. Other spaces, such as kitchen (with all needed utensils), living room (very special, with sofas, bean bags, etc.), bathrooms, and hot tub were great and more than we expected! Additionally, the house has an immediate access to the walking trails around the Lake. My sister and I were able to take a walk along the trails in the early mornings and in the early evenings while we spent daytimes away. The host (Relaxaway) was very thoughtful for our stay. Since our trip was around the Christmas time in 2023, when we got into the house, we saw a beautiful Christmas card on the table and a bottle of locally-made red wine! Though I do not take alcohol, my sister and her husband really enjoyed this luxury! We are very grateful! The communication was great from AirBnB and the host. We received ongoing email and texting messages and reminders. We were given the code for the key to the house in advance. All instructions were timely and clearly. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. The location is very convenient for calling an Uber or taxi.We really want to go back at some point and make the visit there. Hope that we will be able to book this beautiful place again.
