The Location – Portside is right in town, only a 350 metre walk to Nelson Bay’s boutique shops, cafes and restaurants and 500 metres to the marina and Nelson Bay Beach. There is also a pool in the complex (open from September to April).
The Unit – This unit is on the ground floor, with a grassed area out the front and filtered water views. There is an open plan living and dining area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player and a full kitchen with a cook-top, oven, microwave and a full fridge. Two bedrooms (queen bed and a tri bunk), one bathroom with a shower and a bath and an internal laundry with a washer and a dryer. Plus two undercover secure car spaces (steps from the garage to the unit).
