Sunny modern holiday home for rent just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Inlet beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Relax as soon as you walk in the door of this spacious open plan house with its well-equipped kitchen and pantry, modern bathrooms and large wrap around deck.

In a quiet pocket of Aireys directly opposite the tranquil Painkalac River with beautiful bush views, this 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms home comfortably sleeps 6 (2 Queen and 1 Double).

Master bedroom with ensuite and WIR, two bedrooms with BIRs, family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. Microwave, dishwasher, BBQ, TV and DVD player, air conditioner in living room, ceiling fans in all rooms, large sunny deck.

Drive to Lorne and the Twelve Apostles along the Great Ocean Road, swim, surf, fish or kayak – it’s all right on your doorstep.

The deck area does not have balustrading so may not be suitable for small children.

Pet friendly (surcharge applies). There is a fenced off area for pets which is accessed via a doggy door from the laundry.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
