The home has a fully equipped kitchen for the enthusiastic baker and cook, with an outdoor covered patio equipped with a gas BBQ and large outdoor dining area to accommodate the whole family. The naturally light filled sunroom at the back of the home invites you to sit back and relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while overlooking the creek. The flat open grassland ensures plenty of room for the children or little furry friends to run around freely without restricting on space. On the property there is an exposed creek with no fencing. We recommend to keep a close eye on children and pets at all times.
