Nestled amongst the trees and only meters from the picturesque waters of Murramarang Beach, this tranquil coastal holiday home is perfect for your next family get away. If you don’t want to leave your fur baby behind, then we have good news as Murramarang Haven is Pet Friendly (small dogs).

This property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A large spacious open plan living/dining area that flows out onto a back deck, featuring an outdoor dining table and BBQ. This area is the perfect spot for a late afternoon beverage whilst soaking in the warmth of the Summer sunshine.

The second living area is drenched in morning sunshine, once you open the bi-folds out into the breakfast balcony. Downstairs is perfect for a teenagers retreat, with their own Smart TV, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom.

There is a gorgeous new wood burner just installed in the upstairs lounge room, perfect for the cold winter’s nights. Guests are welcome to use the owner supplied wood to warm up the house or use in the backyard fire-pit, where you can sit around and toast up some marshmallows and create life long memories.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (located upstairs opening out onto the front deck).


Bedroom 2: Double bed (located upstairs, also opening out onto the from deck).


Bedroom 3: Double bed and king single (located downstairs in the second living space).


Rumpus room: Single bed (located downstairs in second living space).


Bathroom 1: Bath, shower, vanity and seperate toilet (located upstairs).


Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet and Vanity (located downstairs).


Open plan living, dining and kitchen are all located upstairs as well as the outdoor dining area. Laundry is located downstairs consisting of washer and dryer.


Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Location

Bawley Point is situated 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. The property provides plenty of off-street parking with room for a boat should you wish to enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters.

The house is located 80 metres from the beautiful Murramarang Beach.

There are many activities to take part in around the area of beautiful Bawley Point, including bush walking, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and sightseeing. Bawley Vale Estate Winery is just a few minutes drive away. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays.

Nearby, Cupitt’s Winery in Ulladulla has also been voted in the top 5 wineries in NSW, and often features live music on weekends and holidays so you can enjoy a few glasses of wine while watching the sunset over the beautiful Budawang Ranges.

South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Steins Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook – only a 30 minute drive north.

Just 30 minutes drive west is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey, or enjoy one of their famous berry ice creams.
