Moona Beach House is a very comfortable home located right on the shores of the popular Jervis Bay swimming spot of Moona Moona Creek.

The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 6 adults are permitted to stay.

– Layout: Single level home with open plan kitchen and living areas
– Guests: Sleeps 10 (maximum of 6 adults only), plus infants in cots
– Kitchen: Spacious Open plan kitchen, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Large fridge, Microwave
– Bathrooms: Original bathroom (in good condition) with shower and toilet. Additional bathroom combined with laundry has shower and toilet. Whilst there is no bath, we can provide a baby bath upon request.
– Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fan in bedroom 4; Pedestal fans and oil column heaters
– Access/dangers: No fence between property and water, children will need to be supervised.
– Parking: Off road parking in driveway, Garage not available to guests
– Outdoor Space: Large deck over looking the water, Large yard, front and back
– Laundry: Top loading washing machine, Clothes Dryer, Clothes line
– WiFi: Yes
– Pets: One well behaved dog permitted (road side yard is fully fenced. Beach side yard is not fenced)
