Leafy Retreat is located in a quiet, residential street close to Ulladulla Harbour and beaches. Guests can enjoy air-conditioned comfort along with the flexibility and space of 3 large living areas and great entertainment including WiFi, Netflix and Xbox 360. The main bedroom has its own private deck where you can relax with a morning coffee.
*Location*
From your lovely holiday house, it’s only a short walk to the Ulladulla township that has the Ulladulla Harbour, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and leisure centre (with gym and 3 pools, both indoors and outdoors). A 10-minute stroll, or 1km, will have you at the water’s edge at the picturesque harbour and the swimming beaches nearby. Boogie boards are provided the house for your use, so you can ride the waves with ease before kicking back on the sand, building sandcastles, playing beach cricket or just taking in the beautiful view. You can also enjoy the New Year’s Eve and Easter fireworks as well as monthly markets by the harbourside.
*Living and Entertainment Space*
The house has multiple living spaces so the family can chill out together in one of the spacious lounge areas or, when you want to just relax, there’s always a quiet space where you can sit back with a good book.
There is a comfortable open plan area with a lounge, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop. The kitchen area leads through to a second spacious, air-conditioned living space with a lounge area with a big screen TV and a more formal dining table.
The third lounge room has a cosy couch and TV with Netflix, an Xbox 360 and a variety of games. WiFi is also included.
Outside, you’ll find an undercover alfresco entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting.

Please note, this house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no street parking available, and it is not suitable if you plan to bring a boat. In addition, the garage is not available for guest parking.

- Unfortunately this property does not provide Wifi
– Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
– This property has a strict ‘no party policy’ and guests must be over the age 21 when booking this property
