Laguna is set among the treetops and really caters to guests that enjoy contemporary and modern living, with loads of privacy and space. The split level floor plan is complemented with lots of glass which is designed to bring the outdoors into the internal living zones. Another major feature is the outdoor deck with a spa and close proximity to the bayside beach.
* Living and Dining *
Upon entering Laguna you instantly sense the warmth, style, and relaxed ambiance created by the extensive use of polished timber and glass that cleverly combine to provide a house that’s not only both functional and inviting but quite luxurious. You immediately want to entertain in the combined open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area. Laguna is a fabulous year-round proposition for discerning holiday/retreat makers with reverse cycle air-conditioning, gas log fire, and outdoor spa.
There is another sensational living zone for the kids (or adults) complete with a pool table and entertainment system. Stunning leather lounges, WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix, Playstation, Foosball table, plus bar fridge. This is entertainment heaven, kids will be entertained for hours in this ultimate play zone! Or they can step outside and bounce on the springless (very safe) trampoline.
Adjacent to the Kitchen/Dining room you will find living zone 3 – the outdoor barbeque and spa area with expansive decking, complete with a 10 seater outdoor table and barbeque. Covered by a huge sun sail, you can sit there for hours! Wonderful entertaining area.
* Bed and Bath *
Laguna comfortably accommodates 10 guests across 4 bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms are located up a level adjacent to the second living room.
Bedroom 1 – the Master Suite is complete with a King size bed, walk-in robe, and groovy ensuite. This room is very private and spacious.
Bedroom 2 – is configured with a King size bed and a modern ensuite
Bedrooms 3 and 4 – identically accommodate 3 guests with a 1 x Set of bunks and 1 x King Single bed in each room.
All beds and bunks are of exceptional quality and are also suitable for adults. All the furniture has been beautifully matched and is in keeping with the overall decor of the property. There is also a central bathroom and separate laundry and powder room. Plenty for everyone!
Please be advised that this property has a steep driveway, which is paved and has ample parking at the top.
Linen: Bed linen and towels are included and we make up the beds for your arrival.
Pets: On request only (owner approval required)
If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets – please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered.
