The House – Kurrawa House at Little Beach Nelson Bay has been popular with guests for many years and it is not hard to see why. This easy access, single level home provides air conditioning in the tiled open plan living area with stylish leather lounge suite, flat screen TV, DVD, ceiling fan and glass top dining table with high back wicker chairs. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the main living area and comes complete with a dishwasher, under bench oven, stove top, microwave, full size fridge/freezer plus plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar with three high back stools.

The main bedroom has a wood and wrought iron queen size bed, side tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two king single beds, side table and robe, with the third bedroom offering two standard size single beds, side table and robe. All the bedrooms are carpeted. The bathroom has a glass shower, bath for the little ones and vanity with the toilet separate. The internal laundry offers a washing machine and a dryer. Other features include timber outdoor setting, a single lock-up garage with drive through access as well as driveway parking for your trailer boat and a grassed area to the front of the house for the kids to play. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced.
