Living and Outdoor:
The mezzanine-level living area overlooks the kitchen and dining room, and includes a comfy chaise sofa and Smart TV (with complimentary Netflix), making it a central point to unwind. The space also connects to an outdoor balcony, providing guests with additional seating to kick back and relax. On the ground floor, the home opens to a small, secure courtyard space which includes a washing line, and ample room for pets to stretch their legs.

Cooking and Dining:
Just My Type’s white and bright kitchen is designed around a sizeable marble island bench that doubles as a space to whip up meals or serve guests. The cookery features a host of quality appliances to have you feeling at home – including an induction stovetop, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not provided). Elect to dine inside by the 6-seater dining suite – situated next to cosy gas fireplace – or head for the fresh air of the balcony where you’ll find an Everdure gas BBQ.

Sleeping:
As you enter the home, two guest bedrooms greet you on the ground floor – each featuring eye-catching artwork on the walls and a shared bathroom close to the bedrooms. The master bedroom sits alone on the top floor, with the bedroom connected to an ensuite bathroom, and fitted with air conditioning, plus a quaint study space.

Bedding configuration (sleeps up to 6):
– Bedroom 1 (master bedroom, level 3): king, reverse cycle air conditioning, study space, built-in wardrobe, flatscreen TV, blockout and sheer blinds
– Bedroom 2 (level 1): queen, built-in wardrobe, wall heater, ceiling fan, blockout and sheer blinds, and small study desk
– Bedroom 3 (level 1): king split, built-in wardrobe, wall heater, ceiling fan, blockout and sheer blinds

Bathrooms:
The master bedroom ensuite is designed with couples in mind – styled with a handsome double walk-in shower and double vanity. The home includes a second bathroom on the ground floor – complete with a combined shower and bathtub.

Laundry:
The home features a European-style laundry on the ground floor, with both a washing machine and dryer. There’s also an airing rack, as well as a clothes line (located in the courtyard) to allow guests to dry washing.

Pets:
Pets are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets – please advise us at the time of booking or prior to arrival if you are bringing a pet with you. Just My Type includes a fully fenced courtyard space on the ground floor, as well as secure balcony area on the first floor.

Parking:
Secure garage parking is available for 1 vehicle at the property, with 1 additional permit made available to guests for on-street parking.Please note, the maximum length for vehicles within the garage is approximately 4.5m. Vehicles must be driven bonnet-first into the garage as there is a timber structure attached to the ceiling on the left hand side which restricts vehicles from being driven in backwards.

Security Camera:
Please note, an external security camera is installed at the front entrance of the property for guest safety. The motion-censored camera operates only when movement is detected by the front door.
