Downstairs you have an open plan living area with large television, adjacent to a dining area with seating for six. The ground floor also has a spacious kitchen has modern appliances including coffee machine, a laundry and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset drink on the front deck.

The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a gorgeous four-post bed with walk in robe, ensuite and its own private balcony. Bedrooms two and three also have built in robes and share the main bathroom which boasts a bath, separate shower and separate toilet.

Conveniently located only a short stroll to the family friendly creek with direct beach access both from the rear of the property and also from the creek area. This creek is extremely popular for family get-togethers, fishing, canoeing or paddleboarding.

If exploring a short drive will find you in Byron Bay, Bangalow or Newrybar to the south, Murwillumbah and the hinterland villages of Burringbar and Uki in the West. Hire a bike and hit the Northern Rivers Rail Trail for a historic and scenic view of the Tweed. The nearest airport is Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport, 14.5 km north.
