The property features exclusive laneway access, accommodation for up to 4 guests, a stunning open-concept living area, contemporary bathroom, and an inviting outdoor patio.

With its impressive cathedral ceiling, the Studio’s thoughtful layout efficiently utilises space for maximum comfort. Sleeping arrangements are divided between a generous loft with a king bed and a converted media room featuring a double and single bunk combination. Please note that neither the loft nor media room can be enclosed with doors.

The integrated dining and living space showcases a practical kitchen—equipped with all essential modern appliances—offering plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. Completing this idyllic retreat is a landscaped garden and patio area, perfect for enjoying afternoon refreshments and snacks.

For visits of any duration to Byron Bay, Gidgets Studio positions you at the heart of the action with shopping, restaurants, bars, markets and beaches all within easy walking distance.

**Living:**

Upon entering the Studio, the inviting living space welcomes you immediately to your right. Anchored by two plush sofas, this area also features a Smart TV, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favourite holiday entertainment.

**Dining & Cooking:**

Efficient in design, the space-conscious kitchen delivers impressive functionality with all appliances needed to prepare quick snacks or gourmet meals. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, and slim dishwasher, with abundant storage space. A timber dining table accommodating 6 people sits adjacent to the kitchen, while the covered outdoor patio offers comfortable seating and a coffee table for alfresco dining.

**Sleeping:**

The appealing loft bedroom features a comfortable king bed, with plentiful storage in built-in wardrobes lining the walls. The bedroom also includes reverse-cycle air conditioning that maintains comfortable temperatures throughout the property year-round. Downstairs, the converted media room—positioned between the kitchen and bathroom—contains a double bunk suitable for two children, or an adult sharing with a child.

**Please note, Gidgets Studio is designed with an open concept layout and the loft bedroom cannot be enclosed by a door. The media room has a door allowing this space and the bathroom to be separated from the main living area. The Studio is ideally suited for family members, or guests comfortable with sharing connected spaces.**

– Loft bedroom (upstairs): king bed with reverse cycle air conditioning
– Media room (downstairs): double bunk bed (1 x single bed on top; 1 x double bed on bottom) with reverse cycle air conditioning and direct bathroom access

**Bathroom and Laundry:**

Remarkably spacious, the well-appointed bathroom features a stylish shower and generous bathtub—convenient for families travelling with children. The bathroom doubles as a laundry, with a combined washing machine and dryer discreetly positioned in the corner.

**Outdoor:**

A beautiful private garden welcomes you outside the entrance to Gidgets Studio, complemented by a charming outdoor patio. The patio features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and coffee table, creating an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A roll-up blind is provided for shade when needed.

**Pets:**

Unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly.

**Parking:**

Parking for 1 vehicle is available in the rear laneway that leads to the private garden area.

The main street is easily accessible on foot within minutes via the revamped Interchange Station, where you can explore boutique shops, sophisticated eateries, delicious bakeries and vibrant bars. Gidgets Studio is conveniently located just 1 minute from the Byron Farmers Market, perfect for sourcing fresh regional produce. Byron’s iconic Main Beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away, while Australia’s most easterly point at Cape Byron Lighthouse is a pleasant 10-minute drive.
