This family friendly unit has all the ingredients you need for a fun-filled holiday by the sea. Its elevated first floor position requires minimal steps to access and is ideal for young families. Walk through to a well laid out, open plan living and kitchen area with view out to Tomaree and Yacaaba Headland. You can relax and enjoy a drink with uninterrupted views on your balcony, which has an outdoor table with seating for 4. There is a comfortable 2-seater lounge, with a TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need, including a microwave, full size fridge and upright stove/oven.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, built-in robe and balcony access, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, plus a separate toilet, and a hair dryer is available for guest’s use. The functional internal laundry has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Secure parking is available in the oversized single garage, as well as one off-street open car space.
