Daily Routine
Each area of the home brings with it a unique quality at different times of the day. Morning breakfasts are best spent on the entertaining deck where the warm sun rises, and soak up the views of the wilderness that surrounds you.
The day can be spent discovering the local area; from artisanal markets and wineries to picturesque beaches (Hastings St Noosa is just 20 minutes drive), and national parks just minutes away, or simply relaxing with a good book by the pool while the kids swim, climb trees, collect tadpoles, hunt for bugs and explore!
Finish the day with a lazy afternoon on the guest deck daybed, in the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a glass of local wine, followed by nibbles by the open fire outside (or fireplace inside) in the evening.
Living and Dining Area
The large open plan living area features comfortable couches surrounding a wood fire built into the stone feature wall as well as a huge camphor-laurel dining table that adjoins the space with seating for 10.
Kitchen
Help yourself to a fully equipped gourmet country style kitchen with large breakfast bar, butlers pantry, Breville coffee maker, Smeg appliances, a 90cm oven with gas cooktop, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice maker. You will also find a slow cooker, hand mixer, and blender. All your baking needs are covered.
Bedroom 1 – Master
The master suite offers views to the eastern rolling hills from your king-sized bed, a private deck with swing chair, large ensuite with a double love shower, double vanity & full-length window as well as a walk-in robe.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom two offers a plush king-sized bed. With double doors opening to the deck, and a daybed to drink in the picturesque sunrise with your morning coffee in peace and quiet.
Bedroom 3 & 4
Bedroom three & four both feature two king-single beds and double doors opening to the home’s wrap-around deck.
Bathroom
The second bathroom offers a deep free-standing bath and shower as well as double vanity and separate toilet.
Lounge Room
Relax in the second private lounge room, equipped with flat screen TV, with Netflix, DVD player, and bluetooth sound bar. You will also find board games, lawn games, cards, puzzles, toys and books for varying ages.
Laundry
A modern washer and dryer is available for guests to use. There is also additional storage space.
Outdoor Areas
Wrap around deck with alfresco dining patio with built-in Weber BBQ, sink & wine fridge. Spaces to relax and lounge out with your favourite book, whilst still protected from the elements in inclement weather.
Walk along the deck towards the solar heated pool, you’ll find the outdoor fire-pit with stone seating as well as additional outdoor lounge furniture. There is a large swing underneath a beautiful tall old tree. A huge manicured lawn to relax with a picnic or kick a ball with the kids.
Wildlife
There are quarries and dams on the property. There may be Australian wildlife present; this includes kangaroos, wallabies, goannas, snakes and kookaburras so please be mindful that you’re in a country space when walking around.
