The kitchen comes fully equipped with Smeg appliances, coffee machine included. The Weber BBQ and Pizza oven is perfectly positioned on the deck so you wont miss a thing. Enjoy outdoor dining with stunning panoramic views.

Beachside Kioloa also offers guests wifi. Netflix is available for those inside days and Merry street restaurant and Cafe is just a short walk away. Beautifully located in the heart of the South Coast wine region so you can pick up some fine wine to enjoy with that amazing view. You wont want to leave the chilled out beach vibe. The beach house has been recently built with a cool coastal style. The luxury feel of the place will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Kioloa is a small beachside hamlet on the NSW South Coast. The South Coast has so much to offer with its pristine water and lush bush land. Within minutes you can explore one of many National Parks and mingle with the local kangaroos and bird life. There is fabulous fishing on offer, with charters departing from Ulladulla or Batemans Bay. Unwind at any number of award-winning restaurants in the region, like Rick Steins at Bannisters in Mollymook. Historic Mogo is just a short drive away. Why not take the kids to the Mogo Zoo. If thats not enough to do, simply enjoy the beach on your doorstep.
