The magnificent stretch of Shoal Bay Beach and its soft white sand offers calm swimming and picturesque coastal walks, or if you’re up for something a little more adventurous, give stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing or snorkelling a go. You’re also spoilt for choice for dining out, with the numerous cafes, restaurants and bars that line the foreshore all within easy walking distance, as well as a range of convenient shops, including groceries, right on the ground floor of the Bay Village complex.

The Shoal Bay Foreshore is a wonderful family holiday location, offering excellent free BBQ facilities and sheltered picnic areas along the beachside reserve. This unit puts you right in the heart of the action, close to the Tomaree Head Summit Walk and a host of other great walking tracks, as well as the fabulous surf beach of Fingal Bay, and the township of Nelson Bay is only 3km away.

This stylish and welcoming top floor unit is at the front of the Bay Village complex with spectacular water views, so you can sit back, relax and watch the boats go by. You also have access to a communal laundry and a single carpark in the complex garage, located underneath the complex.
