Arkit Light House is located very close to the cliff tops in Aireys Inlet.
A cleverly designed house suitable for an extended family with a bunk room that has 4 bunk beds plus 2 trundles and is separated from the second living area by a glass wall. This space is for the kids to watch TV, play games or just have a quiet area of their own.
The other end of the house has an open plan kitchen/dining and living area with decks to the north and south effectively doubling the living areas. A hot and cold outdoor shower is located at the side of the house just near the entry to the laundry and is perfect to rinse the sand off after the beach or it can double as a second shower.
A large dining table caters for the extended family and friends while the outdoor area is well furnished and has a gas Bbq. All rooms have ceiling fans and electric wall heaters plus the flow through sea breeze when the large front and rear sliding doors are open. At the rear of the block there is a shed with a table tennis table for kids of all ages. Although this property is not fully fenced it is pet friendly. Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
