Upon arrival you will appreciate the spacious and relaxed feel of the property. You will then find a lovely complimentary chilled champagne and chocolates to enjoy at your leisure. From the large deck, which also overlooks the nearby reserve, you may spot rosellas or grazing kangaroos. Leave the car in the carport and head to the walking trails accessed straight from the rear yard to the river, only 5 minutes away, or venture a further 5 minutes to the town, or another 5 minutes to the beach. Situated in a convenient and quiet location, this 4 bedroom, split level house is an ideal holiday destination.
The open plan living/dining and kitchen upstairs is well appointed, bright and cheerful, with an air conditioning/split system. All of this is complemented by a very spacious downstairs games room with a 3/4 size billiard table and table tennis table to keep the kids and the adults happy. The rear yard has plenty of room for the kids to run around in if they’re still not tired from a day at the beach or adventuring around Anglesea.
Accommodating 8 people, including a family bathroom with bath plus en suite, Arinya would be perfect for any family or 2 small families. All beds have electric blankets on them. Air-conditioning to sit back and relax under after a day at the beach.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
