Aqua Vista is a great house for a summer or winter holiday with family and friends. Overlooking the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay, you have the perfect view across to Point Perpendicular and beyond. From the back gate of the house, your feet will be touching the sand in literally a few short steps.

The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 10 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay.

Location

– On your doorstep: Collingwood Beach (access directly in front of house), Husky to Vincentia bike path
– A short walk: Moona Moona Creek in one direction, and Vincentia Shopping Village in the other
– Views: Stunning water views of Jervis Bay

Property

– Layout: Two levels, Spacious with a large deck upstairs and patio with lawn downstairs
– Guests: The house sleeps 10 (with a maximum of 8 adults only), plus infants in cots
– Kitchen: Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave and Fridge (there is a second fridge in the garage)
– Bathrooms: Main bathroom downstairs, Ensuite off main bedroom upstairs (no bath in either bathroom)
– Heating/cooling: Slow combustion fireplace upstairs, as well as a reverse cycle AirCon; additional heaters and pedestal fans in downstairs bedrooms
– Access/dangers: Guests are required to climb stairs
– Parking: Lock up garage, single carport and off street parking for up to two cars
– Outdoor Space: Fully fenced backyard, Large deck upstairs with dining table, BBQ and sun-lounge chairs; Hot/cold outdoor shower
– Pets: On request – to be approved by owner

– Linen: Beds will be made; Beach towels, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and washers are supplied
– Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Master with Queen bed, Ensuite & robes, TV
