Welcome to Aireys sunset beach house, a well-proportioned contemporary beach house in Aireys Inlet with views, brand new interiors, Wifi and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Set on a flat block with beach and Otways views Aireys Sunset Beach House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 baths!) and a large covered entertaining deck. Its generous size makes it perfect for your next family escape for a large family or even two families with a kitchenette, second living area and bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs, views are framed by large windows from the open plan living, dining and kitchen – picture perfect.

Relax by the electric fireplace, dine taking in the breath-taking views (seating for 10) or create meals in the contemporary fully equipped, brand new kitchen complete with sparkling new appliances.

Venture outside onto the expansive balcony, for your morning coffee, a relaxing BBQ or drinks while watching the ever-changing landscape.

Upstairs you’ll also find three bedrooms – a master with Queen size bed and new ensuite, and two bedrooms with QB serviced by another bathroom.

Downstairs you’ll find another contemporary bathroom with full size bath and a second living area with TV, perfectly zoned for the kids. A massive bedroom is also located downstairs, with a QB bed and set of single bed bunks.

Aireys Sunset Beach House is designed for comfort all year round with heating and cooling (split A/C) throughout.

Garage is not for use of guests

Located in in a popular pocket of Aireys Inlet – walking distance from popular Ala Grecque restaurant, the iconic Aireys Pub, cafes, shops and Aireys Inlet beach and nature walks.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
