This 5 bedroom light filled modern beach getaway is an absolute gem. Once you arrive you may never want to leave!

It’s beautifully furnished, there are floor to ceiling windows everywhere and there is an enormous ocean facing first floor deck to laze on and watch the world go by and the sun go down.

The living area captures wonderful views out over Aireys. It’s a lovely bright and open plan spot with a gourmands kitchen and a dining table for 12 which cleverly works inside and out.

Should you tire of the front deck (really!?) then there is another huge lovely sheltered deck at the rear of the house off the living area. 2 huge sets of sliding doors open up on each side of the entertaining area to achieve the best of indoor/outdoor living.

There is a 4 burner BBQ on the back deck and lovely sofas and comfy chairs on the ocean deck.

If you’d rather snuggle up in front of the fire with a good book in the living room, whilst still enjoying those views, you can do that too!

The windows are all double glazed.

The king-size bed master bedroom is on the upper level and has an ensuite with a shower and plenty of cupboard space.

Bedrooms, 2,3 and 4 downstairs have queen beds.

Bedroom 5 downstairs has 2 sets of bunks plus 1 trundle (sleeps 5).

Off the entrance hallway there is a huge rumpus room or 2nd living area with a kitchenette, perfect for kids and teenagers to have their own space, this also leads onto an outdoor sheltered deck area.

There is a family bathroom downstairs, with a shower and also a separate laundry room plus a further powder room upstairs.

Off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of parking around and about if you have extra vehicles.

Come down, relax and getaway from it all. This house has it all.

This property is private holiday home for rental. You will have sole use of the property, ensuring your privacy and quiet enjoyment.

It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner. Note that the property is on tank water, so please be careful with water usage.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us.

Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
