Nestled on a serene and quiet country-style lane, A Summer Cottage is just a short stroll from the Main Street, Clarkes Beach, Cape Byron Lighthouse, and Tallow Beach. A local favourite, The Top Shop, is literally just around the corner for delicious coffee and meals. The short walk to Clarkes Beach includes a pathway through a beautiful section of reserve.
The cottage features three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a built-in wardrobe, ensuite, and air conditioning. Accommodating up to six guests, you’ll find a queen bed in one bedroom, and the choice of a king or two king singles in each of the other two bedrooms.
Separate from the bedrooms, enjoy peace and relaxation in the airconditioned living area where you can unwind over drinks with friends or enjoy a movie on the large comfy lounge suite. Accommodating both activities at the same time, the spacious lounge room can be closed off from the rest of the living area.
The large kitchen and dining area welcomes the outdoors in, with walls of windows overlooking tropical gardens and the outdoor entertainment areas. The coastal kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine (starter pack of pods included). Directly adjacent to the kitchen and dining, the covered deck is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining, overlooking the sparkling heated swimming pool.
A selection of books, magazines, games, and children’s items ensures entertainment for all ages. Designed to bask in sunlight and enjoy cooling breezes, outdoor amenities include a delightful cubby and sandpit, perfect for young adventurers.

Beautiful house, well styled & clean

We booked the house for 5 nights (pre-wedding accommodation for us and for our family the night of our wedding). It was a beautiful house, well styled, clean and open plan. The deck and pool were great for entertaining. The neighborhood was quiet, so it was a very pleasant experience. Check in was very easy and straight forward – good communication. We would book the house again if we return to Byron in the near future.

“All the little touches that made this house feel like a home away from home. Travelling with a young family it was good to have all the baby equipment/furniture and sand toys available. Also really appreciated the wifi with sonos speakers. Even though it was winter we still thoroughly enjoyed the beach. Mr 7 couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved his surf lessons.”
Beautiful house near the beach and shops

A beautiful house in a lovely quiet location within an easy walk to the beach and shops. This was one of our favourite holidays ever. Beautifully styled, open, airy and light filled complementing the vibe of lovely Byron Bay. Loved the massive back deck, large kitchen and comfy beds.
