Upon entry you are welcomed by a spacious open plan kitchen/dining and living area with the comforts of a reverse cycle air-con, ceiling fan and wood heater. It is a house for all seasons. You could park the car when you arrive and not use it again until you leave. Enjoy a 2-minute walk to the river, a 5-minute walk to the beach and cafes, and a 10-minute walk to the shops. The rear yard allows enough room for the kids to run around. In winter, whether its family game night or time to relax in front of the log fire, 7 Parker provides guests with both of these options.

Equipped with all the essentials needed while on holiday such as dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and even an outdoor shower. With 2 bedrooms located downstairs, the 3rd bedroom upstairs and 2 bathrooms it would be perfect for 2 small families travelling together. Upstairs there is also a 3rd toilet and second open living area which could be used as a 4th open bedroom for an extra family member.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Well appointed roomy house close to beach

The house at 7 Parker Street had room to spare for our group of 4 adults. It would suit a large family or small extended family group. The house has an open plan, living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and there is plenty of room around the dining table. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are spacious, one with an ensuite bathroom, the other close to the main bathroom. The laundry is also well equipped to cope with laundering needs of an extended stay.
