The outdoor fireplace is not to be used when the fire index is high, very high, or extreme, or during restricted fire season. There is a vast forest behind the house, and a wildfire would be an absolute disaster.
The driveway can be very icy in winter, a 4WD is recommended.

Great space inside and out and the view is breathtaking! The heating options inside and the spa pool and outdoor fire made this a cosy place to stay during winter. Highly recommended!
