The Location – Sunset Court is just 20 metres from Sunset Beach, so called as it is one of the best spots to watch the sunset. A walk up the beach at Soldiers Point marina and some of the best restaraunts in Port Stephens. A quiet, relaxing location, and yet only 15 mins drive into Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay.
The Unit – This ground floor unit is just a stroll to the water and is an affordable option for a short break or a holiday. It is renovated with an air conditioned lounge room, flat screen TV, DVD player, a dining area with a kitchen and upright stove, microwave and full size fridge. The property also has a washing machine and clothes line.
There are two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, and the second with a tri-bunk. The tri-bunk consists of a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top. There is also a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet (no bath).This property has off street parking for one car.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the little touches that really impressed. Great location and felt like a home away from home. What were the BEST 2 features of the property: All the little extras and personal touches – bag of ice, mosquito repellant, cling wrap, board games, additional toilet paper, fans. Proximity to beach and water. Great Location,Air Conditioning,All Inclusive Tariff,Ability to book and pay instantly
