Clarkes Beach Villa is ideally located directly opposite beautiful Clarkes Beach and only a 5 min walk into Byron Bay’s shops and cafes. This is the perfect, hassle-free holiday accommodation. This 3 bedroom, double-storey villa makes an excellent holiday choice. It features a single lock-up garage, private courtyard with outdoor shower, and a large upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to enjoy Byron’s pleasant subtropical climate. The 3 bedrooms are located downstairs with the master Queen bedroom equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with walk-in robe. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds. A second bathroom with bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
Upstairs you’ll find a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area—a comfortable space to relax with a movie after a full day of activities. This area opens onto your north-facing deck which offers a sunlounger, BBQ and a large 8-seater outdoor table setting. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. Watch the waves roll in from The Pass while enjoying a meal. Or take a short 5 min walk up Massinger St to the locals’ favourite spot, The Top Shop, for a quality coffee while relaxing on the lawn out front. For those feeling energetic, start your day with the ‘lighthouse loop’ walk featuring incredible views on a 40 min round trip.

Loved being across the road from the beach, central to town and central to the Lighthouse walk. I have no complaints but only praises for the property and location. It really was an excellent holiday and I would definitely book again. The communication was also very good from your offices.

Booked this villa as our main stay for our sons wedding at The Beach Byron, right across the street. It was perfect for our needs and everything was just right for our needs. Central to everything and a great walk to The Lighthouse. Comfortable and such a great homely feel. Overall a great experience and will return.

We travelled to Byron Bay for our wedding and stayed in Clarkes Beach Villa. It was beautiful! I went for a dip across the road everyday!
