Awesome! Simply the best holiday house.

Arya is the type of place that you wish you could stay forever. The location is a dream directly across the road from the beach and with an easy 10 min walk to town. You feel like you are in the heart of Byron – but just far enough away from the crowds to relax and feel like a local. Within the house itself you want for nothing. Every need is catered for, and as someone who is always in the kitchen even on holiday because of kids and family, I went home with a few ideas for things I wanted to buy and stock in my own house. The furniture and the styling of the place is amazing, and all we had to do was sit back and relax…I was constantly wishing we could stay longer!

The Hot Tub!! Next level…!

I have been holidaying in Byron Bay for years now, and we always stay at Arya – the location is hard to beat. I was thrilled to see they recently added a beautiful hot-tub to the house. After a day at the beach – the spa is just what the Dr ordered… I just can’t wait for winter getaways to Byron now too!

It meant a lot to me to be able to extend our stay for a late checkout and APS were prompt in getting back to me to confirm this was possible. The house we rented was lovely and it was clean.

Arya was a particularly great house to rent – convenient, close to beach and town – and just beautifully outfitted…The charm of Byron and the beaches – with the trimmings of the city life is a perfect combination. I’ll be coming back!

It really was a perfect stay in the perfect location in a lovely home that suited our needs. Only suggestion for the property would be to have screens and extractor fans in all the bathrooms.
