Please note Baythers is tailored for adults only, unless the entire property is booked. There is also a communal pool.

We do not accommodate schoolies, bucks, or hens groups. Our property has a strict no-party policy and does not allow pets. Additionally, bookings will be canceled if these policies are breached.

Please note: Construction is ongoing next door and the completion date is April 2024. Prices have been adjusted accordingly to minimize disruptions.
