This location is ideal for a beachside holiday with Bagnalls Beach just an easy 500m stroll. This popular beach has a leafy seaside reserve with BBQ and picnic facilities and a great kids playground – and of course, your dog is welcome to have a run around on the sand, too! Just a little further along the coastline – 1km from your house – is beautiful Dutchmans Beach, or ‘Dutchies’ as the locals call it. Known for its picturesque scenery, Dutchies offers lovely calm and shallow waters that are perfect for family-friendly swimming or stand up paddle boarding.

Bartlett Cycleway is a scenic path that winds 5km along the coastline reserve from Bagnalls Beach all the way into Nelson Bay – head out for a walk, run or cycle before a dip in the ocean to cool off.
