Beach House overlooks Fingal Bay Beach, and is just steps away from the protected southern end known as ‘kiddies corner’, which is favoured by families for its typically calm waters with small waves and rock pools to explore. 1km down this beautiful stretch of beach is the patrolled area (from September to April), along with the Fingal Bay Surf Club, Longboat Cafe and a fantastic kids playground. Stroll along the soft sand, or follow the tree-lined bike and walking path to get there.

From your holiday home, you can cross the road to Barry Park and discover the walking tracks and picnic areas. Barry Park Lookout is a popular spot to see amazing views of the coastline, and if you’re lucky you could spot whales migrating off the coast between May to September. You’re also a convenient 400m stroll from the small local grocery shop, takeaway and cafe. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing beachside break here at Fingal Bay, where you are away from the crowds yet only a 5-minute drive to Shoal Bay and a 10-minute drive to Nelson Bay.

Beach House is a modern, ground floor duplex. It has open plan living and dining with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TV, Foxtel and free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee pod machine (Aldi pods) and a highchair. The covered outdoor entertaining area has a gas BBQ, and outdoor furniture, with a grassed yard that looks out over Fingal Bay Beach. Spend the morning out exploring the beach, then head home, rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a leisurely BBQ lunch with the pristine Port Stephens coastline as backdrop – just the way beach holidays are meant to be.

There are also 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and ceiling fan, and the other with 2 king single beds and a fold up bed. The bathroom offers a bath, shower and toilet, while the internal laundry has a washer and dryer, and parking is available in a single lock up garage.
