The Location – This ideally located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment faces due north and positioned on the Noosa River, with fantastic winter sun and water views. Double glazed bi-fold doors open out onto the balcony allowing uninterrupted stunning views over the river. Within 100 metres is the Noosa Sound boutique compex with general store, restaurants, cafe and shops, while it is a pleasant 10-minute walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach on flat pathway. Cool off in the river-view swimming pool or catch fresh fish for dinner from the private jetty. Aqua Linea complex offers great Noosa accommodation, within walking distance of everything you need for that perfect holiday.

The Unit – This first floor, single level apartment offers 2 bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms with ceiling fans, double glazed bi-fold doors and double glazed enclosed rear balcony. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, there is no lift.

You may enjoy at the large complex sunny swimming pool. Entertainment includes TV, DVD, CD Player and free NBN WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele oven, microwave & dishwasher. There are also 2 x USB ports provided in a kitchen double power point. Plus full laundry facilities.

The property has undercover parking for one car and offers complex jetty for pick up and drop off (boats cannot be left moored at the jetty). There is also free parking all along Noosa Parade.

Rachel, Booking.com NOV 2023: Location was spot on as we had our daughters wedding on the beach, then reception at Ricky’s. The view from balcony was just gorgeous. We would love to stay again.

Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the first floor and only has stair access.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that ‘check out’ is no later than 10.00am and ‘check in’ is not before 2.00 pm.
