Noosaville, QLD 4566
The Noosa River Gardens complex in Noosaville is a quiet riverfront location and our UNIT 1 apartment is in a super position to catch the Noosa River scenes and breezes. This older style unit opens directly onto a ground level north-facing covered deck, wide level lawn and a private-use jetty: there is water everywhere you look. Enjoy your Noosa accommodation with just a short walk to the Noosa Marina and all the cafes, restaurants and Noosa Yacht Club along nearby Gympie Terrace.
UNIT 1 is a spacious tiled open-plan apartment with living areas overlooking the waterfront. The dining and kitchen areas are equipped with all the basics you need. The apartment features a 55-inch Smart TV and complementary Wi-Fi – please note Wi-Fi is not suitable for ‘working holidays’.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite, and the other rooms has two single beds each. All rooms are situated sunny north-facing, and all set in a quiet small complex of residents and holiday let, many who are repeat guests to this secret river location.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine and clothes-dryer and a single lock up garage is available to use.
The jetty can be used to hop on and off a boat only, but not to moor a boat full-time – however many guests simply drop anchor off-shore and walk in as it can be quite shallow out the front at low-tide.
This part of the Noosa River is known for its crabbing and fishing so the Noosa River Gardens complex is the perfect launch pad for your boating adventures.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that ‘check out’ is no later than 10.00am and ‘check in’ is not before 3.00 pm.
Note: 7-night minimum stays apply throughout the year
