This holiday home is only 300m to the idyllic Shoal Bay Beach and 900m to picturesque Little Beach, both beautiful sandy beaches great for swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding (which are available for hire). There is a fantastic restaurant over the water ‘The Boathouse’ at Little Beach, quaint tearooms with panoramic water views at the Nelson Bay Lighthouse, and an array of cafes, restaurants and shops along the waterfront of Shoal Bay. Little Beach offers a shaded grassed area with tables, BBQ’s, playground, take away/general store and public amenities, and just 500m further along the coast is Fly Point, ideal for snorkelling and diving. Nelson Bay is less than 2km away and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and a selection of aquatic activities including dolphin watch cruises at the bustling d’Albora Marina.
