This beach cottage is only 85m to the sands of Mollymook Beach! Enjoy a morning swim and then breakfast on the north facing deck.

Perfectly located, this property is a 2 minute walk to Tallwood Avenue, renowned for the Rooftop Bar & Grill at Bannisters Pavilion, Gwylo restaurant and the Mollymook shops and it is an easy drive to Ulladulla, Milton and the golf course.
*Living and Entertainment Space*
Enjoy the simplicity of this comfortable and cosy beach cottage. The combined lounge and dining has a couch, TV and a 4-seater dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
Sit on the back deck, cook up an easy dinner on the shared BBQ in the yard and relax. A gate leads from the deck to the large shared yard, which is well shaded and backs onto a bushy reserve.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

– Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
– This property has a strict ‘no party policy’ and guests must be over the age 21 when booking this property.

The adjacent unit, Donlan’s Beach Cottage, can accommodate family or friends for those who want a short break or holiday together but still want their own space.
